Job Description
As an Intern at Analytics Business Centre, you will support the team in implementing and configuring Zoho applications for clients, including data entry, testing, and basic troubleshooting under supervision. You will assist with documenting processes, preparing reports, and helping collect and organize client requirements. Daily tasks may include researching product features, participating in internal meetings, and shadowing senior staff during client interactions. This is an internship role based on-site in Kampala, offering hands-on experience in a professional environment and opportunities to learn about business analytics and cloud-based solutions.
Qualifications
- Interest in business analytics, information systems, or related fields, with a willingness to learn Zoho and other cloud-based tools.
- Basic proficiency with office productivity software (such as spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation tools).
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow instructions and document work clearly and accurately.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work respectfully in a diverse team and interact professionally with clients.
- Ability to learn quickly, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a structured on-site work environment.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a diploma or degree program in business, IT, computer science, statistics, or a related area is an advantage.
- Familiarity with data analysis concepts or basic understanding of databases and workflows is a plus but not required.
