We’re hiring: District Sales Agents.
Own a district. Uncapped earnings. Fully remote.
ShareCARD is looking for District Sales Agents to grow Uganda’s farmer network in their own district.
Over 4,326 farmers already carry a verified FarmerCARD that connects them to buyers, input dealers, SACCOs and lenders.
Your job is to bring more organisations on board and help them succeed.
In your district, you’ll:
→ Sign up SACCOs, cooperatives, input dealers and agribusinesses
→ Get them live on ShareCARD and using it within 90 days
→ Lead the agents who register farmers near you
What you earn:
uncapped commission on every organisation you bring on. No ceiling. How you work: fully remote, full-time.

online interviews, on a rolling basis.
Early applicants are reviewed first. Openings are listed by district on the application form.
