Job Summary

The Senior Influencer Manager is responsible for building, managing, and scaling the influencer ecosystem on the Next Influencer Platform. The role owns influencer onboarding, categorization, activation, performance management, and campaign execution—ensuring that influencers are discoverable, active, compliant, and commercially productive.

This role requires strong understanding of how to traverse and operationalize the Next Influencer Platform, translating its features into practical workflows that drive growth, engagement, and revenue.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Influencer Platform Growth & Adoption
    • Drive onboarding and activation of influencers onto the Next Influencer Platform.
    • Build and manage influencer recruitment pipelines.
    • Ensure influencers are fully profiled, categorized, and verified.
    • Promote consistent platform usage and activity.
  • Platform Traversal & Operational Excellence
    • Develop deep working knowledge of the Next Influencer Platform.
    • Create internal playbooks and workflows for using the platform.
    • Train internal teams and influencers on platform usage.
    • Provide feedback to product teams on feature improvements.
  • Influencer Strategy & Campaign Design
    • Develop influencer campaign strategies aligned to brand objectives.
    • Match influencers to campaigns based on audience, category, and performance data.
    • Define content formats, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Influencer Relationship Management
    • Build strong relationships with influencers and talent managers.
    • Negotiate rates, deliverables, and contracts.
    • Ensure adherence to brand and legal guidelines.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization
    • Track influencer performance and campaign results.
    • Generate performance reports and insights.
    • Optimize influencer selection and campaign structures based on data.
  • Commercial Support
    • Support digital proposals and pitches with influencer strategies.
    • Contribute to packaging influencer services as sellable products.
    • Identify monetization opportunities within the influencer ecosystem.

Educational Qualifications, Experience, & Skills Required

  • 3–5 years experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or creator partnerships.
  • Experience working with influencer platforms or creator marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of social media ecosystems and creator economy.
  • Proven experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end.
