Job Summary

The Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles, machinery, or equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and timely repairs in line with operational and safety standards. This position is ideal for a skilled and reliable technician with hands-on mechanical experience.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Diagnosis: Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify mechanical and electrical issues in motorbikes.
• Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs and routine maintenance services on various Honda models, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Parts Replacement: Order and replace worn or damaged parts as necessary, ensuring all repairs are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Customer Communication: Explain repair processes and issues to customers clearly, providing estimates and recommendations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions in compliance with company policies.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols while working in the shop, ensuring a safe work environment.

Minimum Qualifications Required

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in automotive repair or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in automotive service management or a supervisory role within a workshop environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
