Job Summary

As a Marketing Representative, you will play a vital role in connecting our innovative products and services with clients who require specialized knowledge in technical fields. This full-time position will allow you to work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with a dynamic team of five and reporting directly to the Marketing Supervisor. Your contributions will significantly impact our growth and customer satisfaction levels.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, or credit terms.
  • Contact new or existing customers to discuss how specific products or services can meet their needs.
  • Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers’ needs and technical knowledge of product capabilities.
  • Compute installation or production costs and estimate savings from new services, products, or equipment.
  • Demonstrate the operation or use of technical or scientific products.
  • Provide feedback to product design teams to tailor products to client needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-2 years in a marketing or sales role.
  • Mandatory Skills: Strong speaking, active listening, negotiation, critical thinking, and time management abilities.
  • Required Knowledge Areas: Understanding of customer and personal service, sales and marketing, and administration and management.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software, sales and marketing software, and spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
  • Post-secondary diploma in a related field.
