Job Summary

Kray Microfinance is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance & Administration Manager to strengthen financial management, liquidity, operational efficiency, and institutional controls as the organization expands its loan, savings, and investment portfolio. The role will oversee finance, treasury, budgeting, procurement, and administrative functions to support sustainable growth.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure strong liquidity and treasury management to support lending and withdrawals.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and dashboards.
  • Monitor branch and product profitability.
  • Enforce cost control and operational efficiency across all branches.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • Strengthen internal controls, reconciliations, and fraud prevention.
  • Oversee procurement, vendor management, and asset control.
  • Manage payroll and HR administrative processes.
  • Support investor confidence and reporting for savings and investment products.
  • Lead and develop the finance and administration team.

Educational Qualifications, Experience, & Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) required or in progress.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance or accounting.
  • Leadership experience in microfinance, banking, or fintech is an added advantage.
  • Strong skills in financial analysis, treasury, budgeting, and operational control.
  • High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-growing environment.
