Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Supervisor to join our collaborative team in Kinawataka, Kampala. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our sales team, ensuring that goals are met through effective performance management and customer engagement. You will thrive in a hybrid work environment, working alongside a dedicated team of five professionals. Your proactive approach, strong communication skills, and customer-focused mindset will be essential to driving our sales performance and maintaining high standards of service.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor sales staff performance to ensure that goals are met.
- Formulate pricing policies on merchandise according to profitability requirements.
- Prepare sales and inventory reports for management and budget departments.
- Listen to and resolve customer complaints regarding services, products, or personnel.
- Keep records pertaining to purchases, sales, and requisitions.
- Hire, train, and evaluate personnel.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Marketing, or related fields
- Required Experience: 2-3 years in a sales supervisory role
- Skills: Active Listening, Speaking, Monitoring, Judgment and Decision Making, Time Management
- Required Knowledge: Customer and Personal Service, Administration and Management, Sales and Marketing, Education and Training
- Language Proficiency: English
