Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Supervisor to lead and support our sales and promotional teams in the field. This role plays a key part in driving brand visibility, ensuring sales targets are met, and maintaining high standards of product representation across retail locations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on sales experience, and a passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of field sales representatives and beauty advisors.
  • Provide on-the-ground support, coaching, and training to sales staff to optimize performance and product knowledge.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to brand standards in all field activities.
  • Drive sales through effective territory management, promotions, and customer engagement.
  • Plan and execute in-store marketing campaigns and product launches in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Conduct regular store visits and field audits to evaluate performance and identify improvement areas.
  • Track sales targets, prepare performance reports, and provide feedback to management.
  • Liaise with retailers and store managers to build strong working relationships and resolve any field-level issues.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Educational Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in field sales or retail supervision, preferably in the cosmetics or FMCG industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel frequently within assigned territory.
  • Passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry.
