Treesheds Consults Uganda Limited, on behalf of one of its valued clients operating in the poultry feeds and agribusiness sector, invites applications from suitably qualified, experienced, self-motivated, dynamic, and results-oriented female candidates to fill five (05) Branch Manager positions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidates will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the assigned branch, including:

1. Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch.
2. Developing and implementing branch sales and business development strategies.
3. Achieving branch sales, revenue, customer growth, and profitability targets.
4. Marketing and promoting poultry feeds and related products.
5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, distributors, farmers, retailers, and other business partners.
6. Identifying new customers and expanding the branch’s market coverage.
7. Supervising, coordinating, and motivating branch staff.
8. Monitoring stock levels, orders, deliveries, and inventory movements.
9. Ensuring proper handling, storage, and accountability of poultry feed products.
10. Preparing regular branch sales, stock, operational, and performance reports.
11. Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs.
12. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally.
13. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, financial controls, and operational standards.
14. Following up on customer payments and supporting effective credit-control measures.
15. Maintaining accurate branch records and documentation.
16. Coordinating with the company’s sales, finance, logistics, and management teams.
17. Supporting promotional campaigns, farmer engagements, field activities, and other business-development initiatives.
18. Performing any other duties assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants should possess:

– Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, Agribusiness, or any other relevant business-related discipline from a recognized institution.
– 1–2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in poultry feeds, animal feeds, agribusiness, agricultural inputs, sales, distribution, or a related industry.
– Experience in poultry feeds is highly desirable/paramount.
– Strong sales and business-development skills.
– Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
