Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handle all cash transactions, credit card payments, and billing processes with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain daily financial records, reconcile cash drawers, and prepare reports for the accounting department.
  • Support the finance team with bookkeeping, auditing, and accounting tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, financial regulations, and internal controls.
  • Provide courteous and professional service to guests, assisting with inquiries related to billing and payments.
  • Collaborate with front office, finance department, food and beverage department and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, and accountability in all financial dealings.

Educational Qualifications, Experience, & Skills Required

  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience as a cashier in a 4-star hotel or higher.
  • Strong background in finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems and accounting software.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
  • Well-groomed, polished appearance with a professional demeanour.
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
