Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Educate retailers on Hariss products and offers.
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through market research and networking.
- Conduct cold calls, and in-person visits to promote products.
- Assist in executing sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Address client queries and provide product information promptly.
- Maintain well merchandised Hariss Fridges with in the area of operation according to the Chillers SOPs.
- Follow up on sales leads to convert them into long-term customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences and share information with the Sales team.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team to improve product positioning.
- Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales, and inventory.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Area Sales Supervisor.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales performance.
Educational Qualifications, Experience, & Skills Required
- A minimum of a Diploma in business administration or management or any equivalent.
- A marketing certification is an added advantage
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role in a busy environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
