Job Summary

Management of the payables function and ensure a lean balance sheet.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the payables ledgers, ensuring invoices are accurately recorded and payments are timely.
  • Vetting of suppliers
  • Reconciliation of payables accounts and resolve any issues therein.
  • Periodic payables reporting
  • Preparation of payments and managing vendor staff accounts in Annata
  • Manage expenses, post supplier invoices, liability recognition as per IFRS
  • Preparing LPOs
  • Make monthly expense provisions for services/goods committed by the company.
  • Support department in expense management / reviews
  • Maintain Vendor Master file.
  • Posting petty cash and tax transactions into the system
  • Perform any other duties as assigned to me from time to time.
